What, exactly? In-vivo dosimetry measures the radiation dose delivered to an oncology patient during the treatment. It is used for monitoring the treatment and detecting potential geometry or delivery errors as early as possible in the course of the treatment. It is not yet rolled out systematically, but arguments are made as the technology progresses.
